From your early dreams to the final moments of your ceremony and reception, we make your wedding is unique, memorable and enjoyable. Our initial consultation includes establishing your ceremony and reception budgets as well as discussing services provided by the finest wedding professionals in New Mexico and throughout the Southwest.

Coordination of the entire spectrum of wedding details is personally managed by professional staff. Customized packages are available based upon your unique requirements.

Simply Elegant

The Simply Elegant package is a terrific value for those who have planned their perfect day. Our professional staff will be on hand the day of your wedding to ensure all of the plans you have been working on so diligently are executed without a worry. We will work closely with the venue staff and the musicians so you and your family can relax and enjoy your special day.

The Simply Elegant package includes:

Initial Consultation
Complete Review meeting 3 weeks prior to event
Coordination with Vendors 2 weeks prior to event
Event day schedule
Attend final venue meeting
Attend final DJ/Musician meeting
Rehearsal coordination (2 hrs)
On site coordination day of event (10 hrs)
Set up of linens, décor, centerpieces, favors, etc. as needed
Associate staff at ceremony and reception locations
Gather and return your personal items

The Classic

The Classic package is for those who would like to do some of the planning with guidance and professional consultation along the way. We know it can be challenging to attend the many details associated with a well planned wedding. Our staff is on hand to assist with as much or as little of the planning as you require.

The Classic includes up to 40 hours of planning and on site coordination by a professional consultant plus two experienced associates on the day of your wedding.

The Imperial

Is your career demanding all of your time? Is the prospect of researching and meeting with numerous vendors too much? Then the Imperial package is for you! Let our trained professionals identify the vendors who best meet your needs and arrange convenient times for you to visit with them. We will do the research, schedule the appointments and be there with you to be sure all of your requirements are met.

The Imperial includes up to 60 hours of planning and on site coordination by a professional consultant plus two experienced associates handling all the details on the day of your wedding.
